OUR POLICY

 

All payments up front are cash only at the start of appointment please stop at an atm before hand

 

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE BUT can be credited twice after that another deposit will be required

All clients must create an account 

​

All appointments must be made 48 hrs before appoint start time and date(any appointments booked after the 48 hr time period must be accepted if accepted squeeze in fee may be required if not accepted you will be rescheduled if you do not receive a message your appointment is approved )

​

After hour appointments can be made through personal message and do require a  fee 

 

No children or extras are allowed

​

All fill appointments must have at least 40% of lashes at the start time of appointment.Full set charge will be applied or a reschedule will be arranged 

​

Clean lashes at start time appointment , no makeup , no eye cream & etc

​

Please notify at least 24 hours ahead of appointment if rescheduling or canceling is needed

​

NO SHOWS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED 

​

You will be provided a 10 minuet grace period until cancellation or rescheduling will be applied

​

ALL FILL APPOINTMENTS booked after 3 weeks will have a small fee & or be uncharged for a full set

 

FILLS BOOKED AT 3 WEEKS WILL BE UPCHARGED AS NEEDED

 

After 3 fills a new set is required
